{"id":8932,"date":"2021-09-17T17:45:35","date_gmt":"2021-09-17T15:45:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.recard.it\/?p=8932"},"modified":"2021-09-17T17:45:35","modified_gmt":"2021-09-17T15:45:35","slug":"recard-delivers-meghna-pulp-paper-mills-its-second-turnkey-plant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recard.it\/recard-delivers-meghna-pulp-paper-mills-its-second-turnkey-plant\/","title":{"rendered":"Recard delivers Meghna Pulp &#038; Paper Mills its second turnkey plant\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In June, Meghna Pulp &amp; Paper Mills Ltd and Recard S.p.A. signed a contract for the delivery of a brand new tissue and MG paper production plant.<\/p>\n<p>For the second time, this important client from Bangladesh chose Recard for the delivery of a plant.<\/p>\n<p>The new turnkey plant includes three preparation lines for pulp where also waste paper can be used as raw material.<\/p>\n<p>The paper machine\u00a0with fourdrinier formation section\u00a0is designed to reach a max operating speed of 1000 mpm and a production rate of 70 tpd. The plant features all the auxiliary equipment, from the vacuum system and recovery boiler\u00a0to the water distribution system and full DCS\u00a0and electrical system installation.<\/p>\n<p>A special rewinder \u2013 suitable for both crepe papers and smooth papers like the MG \u2013 completes the plant.<\/p>\n<p>Installation and start-up are scheduled for September 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Recard will be in charge of all plant engineering, project management, installation supervision, start-up support, training, and post-start-up babysitting.<\/p>\n<p>Meghna Pulp &amp; Paper Mills Limited is a unit of Meghna Group of Industries, one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh, with over 35000 employees and a turnover of 2.5 Billion dollars.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In June, Meghna Pulp &amp; Paper Mills Ltd and Recard S.p.A. signed a contract for the delivery of a brand new tissue and MG paper production plant.
